sometimes certain things that people say affects you - directly or indirectly.
or is it just pure sensitivity, or a lack of it?
or is it merely a sweeping statement?
but the question is how can you help/prevent it from affecting you too much or ignore it?
well, one of my resolutions is to learn how to prioritise and manage my emotions.
rather than having people remind you that you're messed up huh?
